DULUX (B2B)

Brief
Dulux wanted to launch a Loyalty Programme to reward professional decorators for choosing Dulux products. The scheme needed to be a points based system, which rewards customers for their purchasing behaviour with an exciting range of both personal and professional rewards.

Solution
We provided Dulux with a complete points based loyalty scheme that allows customer to earn points, which can be redeemed on personal or business rewards.

We delivered an end to end solution, for example, developing the scheme name and positioning, the loyalty engine to calculate points earned, customer helpdesk, rewards, on-going reporting and end to end scheme management.

Results
The loyalty program launched in February 2016.

From launch, there was fantastic feedback from the trade sector, with sign-up’s far exceeding expectations. A number of retailers who were not in original roll out had asked to be included immediately. The split of personal/business rewards was seen as innovative in a B2B scheme.
